You may have seen them before, but at Christmas time in Chicago, the theatre sparkles with these shows and you will want to see them again.

Tuesday, November 29
This morning we will depart from Indianapolis by bus for the drive to Chicago. We will check into the spectacular Drake Hotel located on the Magnificent Mile.
Take a walk down Michigan Avenue and, if not already, you will quickly be in the Christmas Spirit.
Tonight, we have tickets to the sensational Broadway hit WICKED.
Wednesday, November 30
Today is a free day to enjoy the sights and sounds of Chicago and catch up on your Christmas Shopping. You might make a lunch reservation at the famous Walnut Room located in Macy’s on State Street.
Tonight, we will gather for an included group dinner, followed by THE LION KING.
Thursday, December 1
Enjoy one more walk down Michigan Avenue and pick up the last Christmas present. We will have plenty of room on the bus for your packages. We will depart for Indianapolis in time to return by late afternoon.
Special Note to St. Luke’s Choir Members... we will return to Indianapolis in plenty of time for that evening’s Christmas Concert dress rehearsal.

It’s your trip! Do what you your heart desires. There is nothing like walking the streets of Chicago and stopping in to any of the fabulous stores during the holidays! Bring a scarf and some extra room in your suitcase for goodies to take back home!
Price: The cost for this package trip to Chicago will be $975.00 per person (double occupancy) If you choose not to see a second show, the cost is $850. (double occupancy) and includes our bus transportation from Indianapolis to Chicago, two nights accommodations at the Drake Hotel, orchestra seats for the shows you have chosen and a group dinner. . Single supplement is available.
Payment Schedule: A deposit of $200.00 per traveler will be due by August 15, 2022. Final Payment as invoiced will be due November 1, 2022.
Cancellation: Once you have made a payment, If you must cancel before 120 days prior to the trip, you will be entitled to a full refund. Between 120 days and 30 days prior to the trip, you will be entitled to a refund of the total trip cost less the cost of any non refundable deposits paid to hotels and other vendors. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there will be no refund. Cancellations after 120 days prior to the trip will incur a $100 administrative fee.
Trip Insurance: Trip insurance may be purchased to protect the cost of the trip in case of a last minute emergency. To cover pre-existing conditions, trip insurance must be purchased within 14 days of the initial deposit. Once you have placed a deposit for this trip, I will provide you with a brochure that you may choose to use.
Selection of Vendors: Travel to Remember, LLC will use the following guidelines for the selection of international and domestic land and air suppliers. All suppliers will be chosen from those recommended by other known and trusted vendors in our industry. We will look for suppliers that have a proven track record for safety and a reputation for being the most experienced local receptive operators. Suppliers will be expected to comply with all local insurance and licensing regulations. One of the tour managers from Travel to Remember will accompany all excursions to make sure that the suppliers provides the best in service and customer response.
Responsibility: “Tour Operator” acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Tour Operator and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing the services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes.
