Come to the Cabaret in the Capital of the World
Thursday, September 25 Join Cabaret Executive and Artistic Director, Shannon Forsell as we depart Indianapolis for our flight to New York. The group will be met by a bus that will whisk to the New York Sheraton Hotel located at 7th Ave and 53rd Street.
After we check in to our rooms, you will have the afternoon available to begin your New York adventure. Our hotel is just steps away from the best shopping street in the world… 5th Avenue and the heart of New York – Times Square.
This evening, we will have orchestra tickets for one of the hottest shows on Broadway, “AFTER MIDNIGHT”.
Friday, September 26 Enjoy a wonderful day of shopping and visiting some of the best museums in the world. Tonight we visit one of New York’s favorite cabarets to enjoy a special musical evening.
Saturday, September 27 This afternoon you have time to enjoy a matinee performance on Broadway or visit the magnificent Museum of Modern Art, just a block form our hotel. This evening, our group will enjoy a New York dinner and show at 54 BELOW , one of New York’s hottest cabaret clubs.
Sunday, September 28 Enjoy brunch at the hotel and your last walk through Central Park. We depart in the early afternoon for our trip back home to Indiana.
Cost: This amazing four day/three night trip is available only to The Cabaret Theatre subscribers for $1575.00 per person (double occupancy) . Your price includes a tax deductible contribution to the Cabaret of $100.00. The trip includes round trip airfare from Indianapolis, transportation from the airport to our hotel, three nights in our hotel (double occupancy), tickets to one Broadway show and two Cabaret shows and one Evening Dinner. All other meals and drinks are additional. Price is based on cash or check payments. Credit card payment will incur an additional fee.

Cancellation: Once you have made a payment, If you must cancel before 120 days prior to the trip, you will be entitled to a full refund. Between 120 days and 30 days prior to the trip, you will be entitled to a refund of the total trip cost less the cost of the airline ticket and any non refundable deposits paid to hotels and other vendors. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there will be no refund. If you cancel after 120 days prior and the airfare has been paid, you may be entitled to an airline credit less the change fee assessed by the airline. Usually you have one year to use the value of the ticket minus the change fee set by the airline, currently at $300.00. Cancellations after 120 days will incur a $100 administrative fee.
Trip Insurance: Trip insurance may be purchased to protect the cost of the trip in case of a last minute emergency. To cover pre-existing conditions, trip insurance must be purchased within 14 days of the initial deposit. Once you have placed a deposit for this trip, I will provide you with a brochure that you may choose to use.
Baggage: Most airlines allow for one free checked bag on international flights. You will be charged for a second checked bag. Please check the website for specific prices. You will be allowed a small carryon and one personal bag. Please be sure you meet the specifications for the carry on bag so you are not surprised with a charge at check in.
Selection of Vendors: Travel to Remember, LLC will use the following guidelines for the selection of international and domestic land and air suppliers. All suppliers will be chosen from those recommended by other known and trusted vendors in our industry. We will look for suppliers that have a proven track record for safety and a reputation for being the most experienced local receptive operators. Suppliers will be expected to comply with all local insurance and licensing regulations. One of the tour managers from Travel to Remember will accompany all excursions to make sure that the suppliers provides the best in service and customer response.
Responsibility: “Tour Operator” acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Tour Operator and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing the services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Tour Operator is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by Tour Operator. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
